Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

  • We generally process orders within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), after payment clears in our account. Larger orders may take longer.
  • Thereafter orders are handed-over for delivery. We utilize the delivery services of PUDO, The Courier Guy and Bob Go.
  • If there are stock shortages or unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • You will be notified when your order is on its way, and the relevant tracking numbers will be provided.
  • We advise you to place your orders timeously to avoid delays in shipping, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Collection from our Office

  • You are welcome to collect your order from our Office, but only after we have notified you via email that your order is ready for collection.
  • You may also send someone or your own Courier to collect your order. Let us know their full name, telephone and vehicle license plate number. You must also provide them with your Order Number so that we are able to hand over the correct order.
  • Collection is only between 9am and 5pm on Weekdays.

PUDO Locker

  • We charge a flat rate of R70 per small box for PUDO locker deliveries.
  • Depending on your location, delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days.
  • PUDO is managed by The Courier Guy and is a more cost-effective delivery service.

  • There are thousands of PUDO lockers across the country, we will send your order to a locker near you. You will receive a notification when your order is in the locker, as well as a PIN code to retrieve your order. At the PUDO locker, select Pick up on the touch screen, enter your 6-digit pin code and press OK. The relevant door will open, remove your parcel from the locker, then firmly close the door.
  • When finalizing your order on the Checkout page, please specify the name of your closest PUDO locker. You may find a locker closest to you using this link >> https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php.
  • We do not send out orders with PUDO delivery on Fridays or before public holidays as the PUDO service does not operate on weekends and public holidays, and this will result in your order being held in the locker over the weekend until the next working day.
  • If you don’t collect your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest PUDO Kiosk or Depot.

Courier Deliveries to your Door

  • We charge a flat rate of R150 per box for Courier deliveries.
  • Depending on your location, delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days.
  • Also note that certain areas may attract additional fees for delivery.
  • When finalizing your order on the Checkout page, please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct location details.

Delivery and Time-Sensitive Orders

  • While we aim to dispatch products promptly, we recommend ordering well in advance to account for potential courier delays.
  • We rely on third-party courier services and cannot guarantee delivery timelines. Therefore, we are not liable for delays once the item has been dispatched.
